KittyCrush does not ask you to create an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal information.

The app stores gameplay information locally on your device, such as level progress, stars earned, booster counts, daily reward status, streaks, selected companion cat, settings, and similar game state.

The app may collect limited analytics events, such as level attempts, scores, stars, moves used, rescues used, shop or paywall views, booster use, and the product identifier for an in-app purchase. These events include a random per-install identifier generated by the app so events from the same installation can be grouped. The identifier is not tied to your name, email address, Apple ID, or other contact information.

Locally stored gameplay information is used only to run the game, remember your progress, unlock content, keep track of rewards, and preserve your settings between play sessions.

First-party analytics are used to understand gameplay balance, feature usage, purchase flow health, and overall app performance so KittyCrush can be improved.

KittyCrush may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or billing details.

Apple may process information related to purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and App Store account activity according to Apple's own privacy policies and App Store terms.

KittyCrush does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking technologies.

KittyCrush uses limited first-party analytics through Apple's CloudKit public database. Analytics events are not used to track you across apps or websites and are not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be processed by Apple when you download the app, make purchases, manage subscriptions, contact Apple support, use App Store features, or when KittyCrush stores analytics events in CloudKit.

KittyCrush is intended for a general audience. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a related support channel, please contact us so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device and remain there until you reset progress, delete the app, or erase the device data. Pending analytics events may also be stored briefly on your device until they can be sent. App Store purchase records are managed by Apple.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a small mobile game. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but KittyCrush is designed to minimize the amount of information it collects.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
